Grey Television are the surprise of the evening because they do not skimp on emotion, because they knit into their songs, which are typically categorized under Indie (But don’t put too much weight on that.) shoegaze and noise elements and experiments with voice modulators. Above all, however, because their songs move you. (  

The indie rock drawer is definitely too small for Grey Television. The good impact of post-punk combined with her experimental joy of playing reminds of the beloved Gang of Four. Built-in synth sounds and electronic elements provide a spherical impression. (

I’m pretty sure that once their sound fully hits the UK shores people won’t be able to get enough of them. They have just the right mix of sounds to keep you entertained, it’s never the same tune, it’s never the same genre and it’s never the same story. (
